Remember that you have to live in these chaotic circumstances only about 60 minutes at most in God's view, out of which 20 minutes you would be sleeping at night, so it leaves you with maximum 40 minutes left to be awake, if the Turning Point of the whole history of mankind will seem to hesitate and Babylon not yet devastated to the rubbles. If sth is not realistic then it is not worth contemplating. As a child of musicians, I love to sing Kingdom melodies, I love reading the Bible and Watchtower stories, sometimes I am moved to tears when travelling in time and space and experiencing what the biblical characters had to go through and what our brothers and sisters today have put up with. One day all of these atrocities are far behind and nobody even remembers them. It is so pacifying to know that one can serve God wherever there are people around, you do not have to go along the crazy haste of the world and simplicity and content are the keywords to personal happiness. I can find beauty anywhere and anytime. Being sensitive to picturesque sceneries, odors, sounds, touch and feelings, I love harmony in everything surrounding me. Quite often I discover myself listening to the complete silence, in these moments it is the best music. |
