I'm the old guy here.  Welcome.  Just remember all the cautions about online sites for communicating.  I notice a lot of people giving you very little info, then their email.  Remember, if you respond to their email, then they have yours.  And I noticed that they seem to be the same ones on a lot of profiles.  Communicating on this site is easy.  Just use the messaging feature.  It works for me, and I have met a lot of interesting and genuine sisters and brothers here.  And we have a lot of beautiful, spiritual and encouraging exchanges.  All the best to you.  gerome
